Backup error

I was trying to backup phpMyFAQ 2.0.15 www.ubs-software.info/FAQ and shown error as :-

Firefox can't find the file at http://www.ubs-software.info/FAQ/admin/ ... icherdaten.

Any simplified solution to upgrade to latest version and to different domain www.ubs-faq.com?

I was trying to use phpmyadmin to export from old version (www.ubs-software.info/FAQ) to newer version (www.ubs-faq.com) but it did not show the content.

Hi,

install 2.0.17 on your ubs-faq.com address and import your FAQ data in this installation. Then upgrade to 2.6.6.
