Open Questions 2 bugs

Create an open question with category B
Admin sees open question and clicks "Take question and edit"

Bug 1: Category is not populated correctly, will show first sub category of first category, not category B.

Admin answers question and clicks submit with "active" checked.

Bug 2: Although the answer is published the question remains in the open question list. The only way to remove the question is to delete it. This means that user1 answers the question and publishes it, but user 2 sees the question is still open and publishes a second answer, user 3 does the same thing etc... I think that as soon as someone clicks the "take question and edit" link and saves an answer (whether it is marked as active or not) it should be removed from the open question list and put into the faq list as active or not.

sorry, I cannot reproduce this issue. Please give more informations about that.

this is not a bug, this is the designated behaviour to get more answers than only one.
