Aprove FAQ Record/entry - everything is in one line

When somebody (anonymous) make new FAQ entry in this way:
Something Line 1
Something Line 2
Something Line 3

it looks ok, but when I'm accepting this FAQ, when WYSING editor is enabled everything is in one line, like this:

Something Line 1 Something Line 2 Something Line 3


When Wysingeditor is openning for short time (about 1 second) everyting looks ok. Every line is separate, and then after everyting goes into one line.
When I look into HTML code, before new line <br> is missing when new faq entry is made from nonadmin area. Is there any chance to solve it.
