HELP! Can't Activate New Question Submitted By User.

Hello,

I just upgraded to 2.6.13 & this is the first time I've had this problem with activating a user submitted faq. I simply can't activate a new question submitted by a user. The FAQ shows up under the category, I click the "active" checkbox & "save" it, but it doesn't show up on the website & when I check back under that category the new faq still isn't active.

this is a issue in 2.6.13 and it will be fixed in 2.6.14. Sorry for that.
