Truncated files - "export records" (phpMyFAQ admin)

Dear Thorsten

We are experimenting problems with phpMyFAQ’s admin export commands: most of the resulting files are truncated.

There is no apparent pattern: we get truncated files with 2000+ lines and with less than 200 - the number of characters seems to be irrelevant.
The end position is also variable: within a tag, an entity or just at a regular character.

The only factor that seems to affect the amount of obtained data is the number of selected (sub)categories with records to be exported.
Performing the operation a (sub)category at a time results in a larger useful amount of information.

Do you have any idea of what may be causing this behavior?

We are using:

- phpMyFAQ 2.6.14
- Apache/2.2.3
- PHP 5.3.5
- Mysql
. Database Client Version : 5.1.54
. Database Server Version : 5.5.8

As suggested we sent a version of our DB backup file.

Some data was anonymized (we hope that it doesn’t affect the analysis’ results).
