Content negotiation doesn't work?

Hello I have a system http://clfaq.ge51.honeywell.de which has 4 languages (GE, EN, FR, NL) available (by deleting the language files).

I have checked the "enable content negotiation". Even if I use a German webbrowser, it shows me the frontend in English. I have tested it with version 2.7 alpha and 2.6.14.

Did I missed something in the configuration?

how's your browser configured? Which languages are configured? Is it possible to post your user agent string?

I would say standard german

. The test was performed with Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 3.6.17.
