Paid help required please (updating to new Version etc.)

I need some paid help please with redesigning the latest version of phpMyFAQ to suit the same design as my existing version of phpMyFAQ 2.0.1

I also want the existing database from 2.0.1 imported into the latest version.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who can sort the above out for me.
