Configure Search on just TAGS, KEYWORDS

Hello, is it possible to configure the search so that just tags or keywords are used for the search hits.

For example if I have 2 FAQs: FAQ A , FAQ B and both contain the word "home" in the content but just FAQ B has the word "home" as a keyword or a tag.

The normal search would find both FAQs : FAQ A + FAQ B

But I want that the search engine looks just on the keywords and tags.

In this example it should just find just the FAQ "FAQ B" .

Is that possible? And if yes how can I configure it.
