2.7: failed login should open login dialog

Hi.
I'm testing 2.7, and just noticed that when login fails there is no message to the user. The login dialog has the "invalid credential messages", but since it's hidden it's not very clear. In case of failed login the box should be opened automatically!

Also, in case of failed login the "Password recovery" link is duplicated.
