Edit Template Variable {Show Categories}

I would like to edit the display of thie template.

Right now the categories are being displayed
Category1
Subcategory1
Catgory2
Category3
I would like to make the display
Category1
Subcategory1

Catgory2

Category3
Is this possible?

Hi,

this should be possible with some CSS hacks. I can post some code how to do it.
