ability to have howto link to a external page?

I'm not sure how to word this correctly, but for some of my catagories...for example if you go to cpanelfaq.com and click on Flash Tutorials on the left hand side.

I would like to make some catagories that contain a lot of FAQs, but these FAQs are simply links that link to another page...if that makes sense...for example, I could have a catagory that is "Links" where really it's just a series of revelant links.

I don't know if there's anyway to do this, but it'd be nice

basically so you can throw another FAQ into a section like normal but really it's just a link to an external page.
