How to change number of "Most popular FAQs"?

I searched everywhere but I cant find how to change the number of "Most popular FAQs" and "Latest FAQs" that show in the right column?

Also on the front page news, how do I remove the date and time the article was submitted?

you can change the number in the file config/constants.php

For the news date, which version do you use?
