How to allow multiple ratings of articles from same user/ip?

Hello to all,

I need to allow rating of the same article from the same source (user or ip address) for multiple times!

phpMyFAQ does allow rating of the same article only once from the same user or ip address. When voting for a second time, it responds "We do not count double votings."!

Is there anyway to configure phpMyFAQ to allow multiple voting of the same article?
