Cannot Add Topics

I am working on a clean install of 2.7.5

When i try to save a new FAQ, I get a message

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server

I added DirectoryIndex index.html to my .htaccess file, I don't have access to the Apache configuration, I'll have to ask the hosting company.

A further update on the issue, I didn't adequately test the issue. I can add & edit FAQ recordsas long as they only contain a title and no content. I only get the error when I add or edit the content of the FAQ, I can change the title, change the category or change other fields, just not the content.
