Logout when adding an article

Hi All,

I have recently started using this, and am adding content from our .doc FAQs. When adding images I am ocasionally prompted with the login screen, which means the session has ended when there is still 20+mins on the timer.

Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

I have looked at the bug report forums for this problem, and tried doing a search for it but have not been able to find anything.

Hi,

this can be caused by different issues. Main problems are cleaing jobs from Linux servers erasing the session files in the /tmp folder or strange PHP configurations. It's hard to find the issue without knowing your system.
