A suggestion on "Ask a question" feature

When user is sending an email with their questions or problem, the scripts will search through the entire FAQs to see if any similar question that contains the answer. Else, the poster can continue to send the email. I think this can be done by Keywords targetting...

great idea, but this would be a little bit difficult. We have to support over 15 language including multibyte languages like Chinese or Arabic and this feature have to analyze the question of the user. I'll note your suggestion and will look for a solution.
