All the questions are listed in reverse alphabetical order. Is there a way to have them displayed in a random order, and to change order every time the page is refreshed?

I'm not sure which file has the code for the layout of the questions, can someone advise please?

I've discovered this file displays the question and answer - http://www.faq.mystore.com/template/default/artikel.tpl but I don't seem to be able to locate the file that shows just the question (though I may be looking in the wrong place).

I've discovered the question order can be set in admin, but only ascending or descending. I feel a random order option will be better for SEO to keep the search engines visiting.

I can see the potential in your suggestion to keep hot topics at the top of the list, however its a manual system. I'd really like to run with an automatic random system.
