Keeps taking me to login page except on server??

This is a brand new install of PHPMyFaq 2.7.9. Running on IIS7, MYSQL and PHP. When im on the core server and login i can browse admin panel add new faq's do everything i need to do. However if i login as admin from any other PC as soon as i login as admin and click Administration, or add faq or anything it takes me back to login screen over and over, please help any ideas is most appreciated.

do all pages need a long time to load or only if you're logged in?

Something told me to test on another PC and it seems to be working fine. The server itself is virtualized, i was having these issues on the host. To note i am still having these issues on the host but i don't care because it works for every remote system.
