Disable Guest Account

I saw the question asked in 2008 and spent some time trying to see if anything has been done on this and haven't found anything really encouraging.

I'd like to remove all non-registered / guest access to all information. Is this something easily achieved?
If not, in my view, it should be. This seems like a fundamental need in my opinion.

Hi,

you can do this with 2.8, you can secure the whole FAQ, so that's only accessable for registered users.

Also thank you for taking the time to respond.

Can you please give me a little help on where / how I can do this to protect the entire system? I just installed 2.8.7, your most current release and I don't see this option.

Location is [Configuration]->[Security Configuration]
