How is "approve records" working?

Hi,

I created a group with approve records permissions.
But I can't figure out how it works. Is there anywhere a approve button?

I need 3 groups.
1. Only read records
2. Read and Add records
3. Approve a records (and maybe edit existing)

The 3rd group should not be allowed to create records. Just verify and activate.
But in the frontend everybody is able to add records. Is it possible to change this?

Hi

"approve records" was only added in 2.8, it's not implemented currently, we'll do that in 2.9 as some workflows have to be implemented like the way you want to use it. Sorry for that.
