Images are using http instead of https

Hello,

I have enabled https on our FAQ installation and removed http from apache2. I can log in through https and see my faq's however, all my images in my FAQ's are not working. When i inspect the HTML is see that the source url is pointing to http instead of https. If i modify the src to our https url it still does not work. Is there something that i can do to correct this. Would like to be fully encrypted with everything.
