1.3.x to 1.4

I have a 1.4 system configured how I want it.

I also have my live/production 1.3.13 system with all my data.

So, what is the best way to get from 1.3.x to 1.4?

Should I upgrade my 1.3.13 system up to 1.4 and then copy over my templates (from my new 1.4 system)?

Or is there a way to get my data from the 1.3.13 system into my nice new 1.4 FAQ?

(btw. I will probably do this after the 1.4.1 release.)
