1.4.2 RC3 Admin problem

I am having trouble with my upgraded 1.3.13 to 1.4.2 RC3 test system.

I have been rearranging the categories and need to move some entries from one category to another. When I go to edit the records it always shows me the english entry. I am trying to edit the german entry.

For example. In category German and sub category Plugins I try to edit the records with id = 147 and lang = de

It always shows me the 147 entry with the EN language.

the url is index.php?aktion=editentry&id=147&lang=de
but the record is the english one.
