refresh tag in comments redirects out of FAQ

pressing the Open Questions link: http://faq.maxthon.com/Index.php?action=open

is redirected to here: http://www.hawkley.org/empshott/index.html

Does anyone know if this is still a bug? This is with phpMyFAQ 1.4.2

In the source code of the Open Questions I found this code:

It seems that the example is not only an example but the Refresh works really.

It seems that every html code is interpreted in the open questions.

Feature or bug?
