problem after logging to administrator control panel

After logging to the administrator control panel .. trying browse ..then logging out ..

I have checked the cookies in my pc ,deleted it,making the site as one of the safe or always allowed sites ..but it didn't solve the problem !

any help please ?

please try to edit the file inc/config.php and set the variable "ipcheck" to "".
