attachment,insert image & web or URL link

I face 3 problems in the administrator control panel:

1- when I try to attach a file ,in edit entry section,I get the following message:

The file attachment.php cannot be opened without proper authentification.

2- in add entry,when I try to add a link,a pop up comes and I enter the url and title then I click ok .. but nothing appear !

3- in add entry also,if I try to insert an image,a popup windows comes with the following message:
You are not authorized.

and about the features of the script,in the edit entry section,I can't see what I wrote in WYSIWYG option .. right or I have a problem ?!

you have strange problems. Which version do you use? Ist you FAQ a local installation or public available?
