Output to PDF doesn't work

Cannot output to PDF.

THIS THE CODE OF LINE 1046 :
$f=fopen($name,'wb');

What's going on !

Thx, ... lol i moved phpmyfaq to a new server and somehow forgot to move the PDF folder ... i created it and it works now
