Auto backup database

I want to create a backup of the database daily, without having to do it manualy. Someone has any idea how to do this? (on a windows2003 server, running IIS)

Hi,

just use a cronjob and mysqldump (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/mysqldump.html).

No idea what cronjob is, but I managed it to do it with a batch file, and the taskmanager.
Thanks for the link! had lot of usefull info for me.

(now I only have to test it :p )

Hi,

a cronjob is the same as the taskmanager in Windows.
