SSL Not Working

So I enabled URL rewrite and changes the address to HTTPS but cannot get the site to load via HTTPS

Port scan shows server is listening on 443 and have already made changes in Apache2 for the SSL.

Please advise.

I believe so, I cant access the site to verify but is there a config file somewhere I can look at?
