Little Problem After Update To Latest Version

Hi,

The first time i visit my page there is no problem.

The second time and further, down below i get this message:

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: sids in E:\WWW\phpmyfaq\index.php on line 215

I don't know what that means, can someone help me?
