RSS and XML feeds

I am currently using the latest RSS feed to syndicate the last 5 articles submitted. This works really well and gives some good results. (great improvement in 1.5.3 Thorsten.. Vielen Dank)

However I usually get around 40 -60 articles a day submitted and would really like to be able to syndicate them all.

Can anyone suggest an easy way to create a feed for all the articles submitted in a day or a way to syndicate all the content in a catagory
