Remove the send email option when new article is created

How do i remove the feature that when a new article is created, no emails is sent to the owner of the article?

Wrong syntax! You want to remove an option which *IS NOT* sending emails?

I think you mean the option that the owner of the phpmyfaq (admin) is getting emails when new articles are created?!
Would make more sense
