Hi,

the checkbox for approving is on the FAQ list on the right side on each FAQ record. Your screenshot shows a 2.5.5 version, not the 2.6.0-RC. Here's how it looks like in 2.6:

yes, this is the difference between 2.5 and 2.6. In 2.6 we merged both views into one.

you have to click on "activate" in the list or you have to edit the un-activated entry like before.

the old view was a duplicate with duplicate code and now you can approve it instantly. But we're still working to make it more easier and better...
