i could not configure phpmyfaq

Hi i have downloaded phpmyfaq-2.6..3 .zip .i have extracted in linux . i have followed the install documentation . i have created db, user, passwd in mysql . we have given the url in setup.php . i am getting this error

after that i got some instructions in forum some file changes i have did but still iam getting same problem
