how to change tilte order?

in index.tpl :
<title>{title}</title>
i want to change the show Order，for example:
i have a artricle:
AAAAA
and my system name is : BBBB
it show the title in ie is :
BBBB - AAAAA

but i want to show is :
AAAAA - BBBB

so, how to change the order for title?
