Bug/Suggestion to phpmyfaq-2.6.11

Hi,

I have installed this FAQ solution and IMO is really good, thank you.

I'm new to this program but, IMO, below there are some userful suggestion:

1- you should not to be allow to add a comment without a valid login
2- this version allow you to post a void comment with or without a valid login
3- should be nice to be able to manually add a new user.

I can add this in a future version, it's a nice idea.

3- should be nice to be able to manually add a new user.

You can add users as an administrator in the admin backend or users can register themselves in the frontend.
