v.2.6.13 - Problem: The label on the search button is not available (and other issues)

Dear Thorsten Rinne

This problem was present in earlier versions of phpMyFAQ.
  1. As you can see in the attached screen shots
    • The label of the search button - on the first page -, and the button itself is (are) not present - even in the English version:
      on index.tpl : {searchBox} must be replaced with the chosen string;
    • To perform a search, one must manually replace the {writeSendAdress} in index.tpl with index.php .
  2. There are hard coded phrases into several pages/templates. Are you planning to include them in the translation page?
Example (not the best one): Navigation in index.tpl .
How would you prefer to receive the translated versions of the hard-coded phrases?

URLs Thanks for this excellent program.

Hi,
[*]The label of the search button - on the first page -, and the button itself is (are) not present - even in the English version:
on index.tpl : {searchBox} must be replaced with the chosen string;[/*]
[*]To perform a search, one must manually replace the {writeSendAdress} in index.tpl with index.php .[/*]
if you see no button the "find as you type" instant response search is activated in the configuration. If you want the "normal" search you have to disable it.
[*]There are hard coded phrases into several pages/templates. Are you planning to include them in the translation page?
Example (not the best one): Navigation in index.tpl .
How would you prefer to receive the translated versions of the hard-coded phrases?[/*]
Yes, and you already can remove this.

bye
