Change default page?

Great product!!!

I wish to change the default page so that when people visit our domain it loads the InstantResponse page.

I have looked around the files but can't find where this is done. Could you tell me what line in which file etc needs to be adjusted to achieve this please?

Hi,

you can set the instant response page as startpage in the configuration. If you want to remove the news, just remove them in the main.tpl template file.

I can see how I can add it to the start page but not make it the start page.

I want when people visit www.oursite.com to be taken to www.oursite.com/index.php?action=instantresponse

Hi,

if you change it, it has the same functionality like the instant response page. And if you remove the news and the navigation link to instant response no one will notice the difference. And you don't have to change any line of code.

Ich hab das jetzt so gemacht, also den news-Code raus aus der main.tpl und Sofortantwort in der Konfig auf die Startseite gesetzt.

Allerdings erscheint auf der Startseite nur ein Suchschlitz, aber ganz ohne Beschriftung und es fehlen auch die Ajax-Suchergebnisse. Schau es dir an, faq.adaptare.de

Ist das normal so oder stimmt hier was nicht?

die Suche klappt doch nicht. Wenn ich in den Suchschlitz was eintippe, kommt keine Sofortansicht und wenn ich Enter drücke, werde ich zur "echten" Sofortantwort-Seite weitergeleitet, wo das Formularfeld wieder leer ist.

ändern würdest. Das ist der DIV-Container, in dem die Ergebnisse erscheinen.

das macht Sinn, danke. Ich hab es jetzt geändert, aber: Ohne Ergebnis.

Wenn ich mir den Quellcode ansehe, ist direkt obendrüber, wo das Eingabefeld eingefügt wird,
das </form>-Tag nur ein </form

Aber der Container ist jetzt da, ohne Resultat.

Wenn der Tag </form so aussieht, warum korrigierst du ihn dann nicht zu </form>?

Hi,

ich geb es auf. FF 4, FF3.6, IE, überall das gleiche, nämlich nichts. Cache gelöscht, immer noch das gleiche.
Beide FF nutzen noch Euer favicon, also kommt es noch aus irgendeinem anderen Cache. IE nutzt aber unser
favicon, aber trotzdem keine Sofortergebnisse.

Naja, irgendwann aktualisiert sich der Cache wieder. Und wenn es bei anderen richtig ist, ist es ja ok.

Das </form kommt, wenn ich es richtig sehe, nicht aus Code, den ich ändern kann. Es gehört zu dem Code-Abschnitt,
den PMF einfügt, wenn ich im Konfig das Häkchen setze, dass die Sofortsuche eingefügt wird.

Hi,

der Code kommt aus der template/default/index.tpl und das ist pures HTML. In der Downloadversion fehlt da auch nix.

Bei mir klappt es hier mit Firefox 3.6 aufm Mac, mit Chrome 9 aufm Mac nicht. Ich checke das mal.

Nachtrag: Das scheint am nicht geschlossenen Tag </form> zu liegen, also das bitte korrigieren.
