Same behavior as this post:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4140&p=17019&hilit= ... ion#p17019
Open questions are listed in Admin section, marked as Publish?? = No!
clicking the field does change it to Publish?? = Yes! (during initial page visit and all subsequent returns)
Look at front end of FAQ and the question(s) not posted in Open Questions section, but is counted in the "Waiting for publishing by administrators" tally
Checking the database value, I am finding that the faqquestions.is_visible field is NOT being updated. If I manually update that field from 'N' to 'Y', then the Open Question does display. Somehow the content admin section does not reflect the correct value in its page though
Site is running phpMyFAQ 2.6.14
Unable to Publish Open Questions

Re: Unable to Publish Open Questions
Please disregard, I just realized that the "Publish??" is not showing the current status (yes/no) but rather the action that can be taken.
If the column shows a link saying Publish = No, then pressing it will unpublish the question
If the column shows a link saying Publish = Yes, then pressing it will publish the question
I thought this was a "status text", rather than a "perform action text"

Hi,
I know the usability lacks a lot at this point. We're working hard on phpMyFAQ 2.7 to improve this workflow.
bye
