FAQ export for all categories

Hi,

we'd like to export all our FAQs to PDF for print-out and reviews. The export works great when it is limited to a category. However I can't export all categories in one step even if the description of the category drop down says, that giving a categoriy is optional.

How can I empty the category drop down to tell phpMyFAQ that I need ALL FAQs of ALL categories?

We use version 2.6.15.
