Template modifications don't appear

Running PHPMyFAQ 1.3.14

I'm trying to make some simple modifications to some of the template pages. Funny thing though is that the changes don't appear when I load it up in the browser. I even went as far as deleting the template directory, because without the templates, the faq won't load, right? Nope, still works, so obviously I'm not in the right place, however I can't seem to find the right place to make my changes.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

faq/template/

Like I said, if I delete faq/template/, PHPMyFAQ still works fine. I just searched the FAQ directory for files within the template directory (i.e. ask.html, save.html, sendmail.html) and the only time they pop up is in the template directory.
