Hi Thorsten! It's me again with a question.

First of all, just want to inform you that we've gone live with our FAQ Staff are using it now and of course, comments and feedback arrive

My question is, when we receive the email notifications special characters are not displayed correctly.

For example, instead of getting "Returned", we get "Returned&#34.

Is there a place that we can set up so that we get the characters properly?
