Chrome language wrong

Use IE, phpmyfaq will detect correct language - Traditional Chinese.
But in Chrome, phpmyfaq always detect Simplified Chinese.

What's wrong?

it detects the language you configured in your browser. Looks like you have Simplified Chinese in Chrome. Please check it.

Is anyone understand Chinese. The attach is show on my Chrome and it appear Chinese(Traditional).
There is no Chinese(Simplified) in the list.

I believe my Chrome language setting is correct.
