FAQ PDF Export Changes

First let me make the obvious comment of thank you and all the devleopers for a great product! The users in my community love the system.

I like the feature of being able to generate the entire FAQ as one single PDF but the organization of PDF could be changed. I would think that the PDF should look like and be organized like the FAQ website. If I create categories and subcategories in a particular order then the PDF should look like that as well.

Currently the PDF function creates a straight table dump of the entries in what looks like record # order. Of course that is a much simpler query but from an end-user perpsective it is not very useful. I would think the logic should look more like the following:

this is something which is on our todo list for the next version and we already have some lines of code for that.
