Problem Saving FAQ

I'm running the latest version of phpMyFAQ with MySQL 4.1, and when I try to save a FAQ I get a simple error message: "An Error Occurred."

Don't quite understand that one. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

did you activated a category and added an header?

When I had that happening, I wasn't putting anything in the "Theme" box. After I filled that in, it worked fine.
