Updating from 1.3.1 dev to 1.3.1 -question

I want to make sure I understand how to upgrade from the 131 dev to the 131.
I have 131 dev installed.

** is this how I update the 1.3.1 dev version, to 1.3.1?
Via FTP delete all files except:
the files data.php and config.php in the directory inc/
your layout in the template/ directory
Copy the new files to your webspace and open the following URL in your browse

yes, this is correct! Please run update.php one time with selected "update from 1.3.0".
