i want to submit you a PHP and mySQL based FAQ/WIKI News-CMS that is not listed here.

I have found it after i tested every Wiki and e-Learning Tool listed at your Site and found out that no one has a professionall WYSIWYG Editor and a complete Userrightmanagement.
