Problem adding attachment + attachment randomly attached (4.0.5)

Hello,

When creating a FAQ, we have attachments that are automatically and randomly attached to the FAQ even though no attachment has been added.

We had already encountered this problem in version 3.2.9, and the update to 3.2.10 corrected it.

There is also a problem attaching a file to an FAQ. When you select your file and click on OK, nothing happens. You have to return to your FAQ to see the file attached to the FAQ, and then the file displayed does not correspond to the file attached. It has a random name like php8NATQT.
