phpMyFAQ 1.4.0 works with PHP 4.0.x??

Hello,

my php version is 4.0.3pl1 and it's impossible for me to get it upgraded.

so i tried to removed the version check by modifying the scripts, it does not work with 1.3.x, but somehow, after i removed the version check of 1.4.0, i was so happy to see that phpmyfaq works on my php 4.0.3!!

Could you please give me the confirmation that the 1.4.0 works with php 4.0.x?

I think it's quite important for people like me with lower php versions.
if some new & funcy functions can not works with lower version, then could you plesae at least make the major functions works?

phpMyFAQ 1.3.x and 1.4.x do not work with PHP 4.0x and we do not support these old buggy and insecure versions of PHP. Sorry!
