Editors Permissions

Hi,

I've try to create a user for only edit records and subcategories in only one categorie. With actual permission system I've seen it's imposible or I didn't find how to do it. When I create a user, if I give him permision to edit records or categories he can edit "all" records an categories although the record or categorie permision level are not her. If I don't give him general permissions to edit categories or records, he can't edit any records or categorie although the categorie or recor are her.

There is any way to do it ?

As I see, permissions are only for read not edit.

My permission level is medium in phpmyfaq 2.0.12

Hi,

that's right, this isn't possible currently. You can edit none or all records... this feature is planned as "large" instead of medium.
